We have a free return policy on all our products assuming there was a mistake, miscommunication and damaged products on our end. However we do not take returns on items which a customer no longer wants or made a mistake when purchasing the product.
When a customer needs to return their product the returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging. Also, returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
