The Ribeye roast is one of the best pieces of meat we offer. This cut of meat is the most desired cut on the steer and offers some of the best qualities one may be looking for in a steak and a roast. Given that this is a very versatile cut of meat, we suggest that one prepare it in one of two ways. The first is to cut the rib into steaks and to grill it or preferably to sous vide it.
